How to Change iPhone App Icons?2 Minute Tutorial

Open shortcuts app on your iPhone and on the upper right side of the screen click the plus icon to create a new shortcut

Here add action called open app. It’s quite common so it might even be suggested on the main page.

Once you add the action select app you want to add to your Home Screen. Now I would recommend to tap on the title and edit the name.

Right after click on the share button on the bottom of your screen and select add to home screen. Now this is the part where you add your custom icon. So choose photo and select the icon from your own photos.

Alternatively you can also choose a different colour of the shortcut here in the app and when you are sharing use the transparent version of the custom icons.

I hope you enjoyed this short tutorial!
